• →123-reg / Titan Mail — used to operate our professional email address info@samuelanguscoach.co.uk. Email communications are stored on their secure servers.
• →GitHub Pages — used to host this website. Standard server logs may be collected. See GitHub's privacy policy for details.
• →Google Meet — used to conduct online coaching sessions. Google processes data in accordance with its privacy policy and GDPR commitments.

We do not transfer your personal data to any other third parties without your explicit consent.

How we store and protect your data

Your personal data is stored securely using the following measures:

How long we keep your data

We retain your personal data for a period of three years following the end of our coaching relationship. After this period your data will be securely deleted.

Financial records, including payment information, are retained for seven years in accordance with HMRC requirements.
