One-to-one coaching for people navigating change, making decisions, or looking to move forward with greater clarity and confidence. Informed by over two decades of working alongside people through some of life's most demanding moments.
"Counsel in the heart of man is like deep water; but a man of understanding will draw it out." (Proverbs 20:5 KJV)
Most people do not lack ability or intelligence. They lack a clear structure and someone to think alongside. That is where coaching changes everything.
You feel stuck despite being capable and experienced
You are carrying decisions alone that deserve a proper conversation
You know your next step but cannot seem to take it
You want to grow professionally but are not sure where to start
You are navigating a transition: career, health, identity, purpose
You have been told what to do your whole life and want to find your own voice
Three steps that build a genuine weekly rhythm, not a one-off conversation but an ongoing structure that keeps you moving forward.
A 45-minute discovery session to understand where you are, where you want to be, and whether we are a good fit. No pressure. No commitment beyond that first conversation.
£19 for one sessionOne goal. Not ten. We identify the thing that, once shifted, changes everything else. This is where two decades of people-centred NHS experience, and the systemic principles I trained in, earn their place.
Fortnightly live · weekly contactA live session one week, a guided reflection the next, with personalised voice note feedback and ongoing message support throughout. You are never left to figure things out alone between sessions. The rhythm holds you accountable.
£45/week · cancel anytimeMy working life has always been about people. Long before coaching, I worked in senior retail sales, learning to read what someone really needs beneath what they first say, to earn trust quickly, and to guide a decision without ever pushing. Those instincts never left me.
I joined the NHS in the early 2000s and spent over two decades there, holding various roles across my Trust, though the work was always about people. Much of it was alongside carers in mental health services, making sure their voices and concerns were heard while they supported their loved ones through difficult times. I also worked in equality and diversity, and served as a Cultural Inclusion Ambassador. In time I undertook training in systemic family therapy, first on secondment and later within a full-time training placement in the service. That training shaped how I understand people, not in isolation, but within the relationships, families, and systems that surround them. I have drawn on those systemic principles and techniques in my practice ever since.
Alongside this, I have served on management committees for third sector organisations. That work gave me a real understanding of governance, accountability, and the particular pressures faced by mission-driven organisations running on limited resources. I know the world charity and community leaders live in, because I have sat at that table.
Today I also run a commercial business, where looking after people well is the work itself.
So the thread running through everything I have done is the same one that sits at the heart of coaching: understanding people, earning their trust, and helping them move toward what they need. My ILM Level 5 formalised a craft I have been refining my whole adult life.
Coaching, for me, is not a technique. It is a practice of drawing out what is already within a person, the counsel, the clarity, the capacity, and helping them trust it.
