Samuel Angus brings to coaching a breadth of working experience that spans decades and crosses almost every sector that touches human need, human potential, and human systems. Retail at senior consultant level. Local authority finance, housing, and cashiering. Third sector project management — including leading a local employment project supporting people with mental health difficulties back into work, in partnership with Jobcentre Plus. Youth justice work through the probation service, supporting young people under RAP with life skills and direction. Supplementary teaching in Maths and English, and founding and running his own supplementary school preparing children for their SATs in English, Maths, and Science. Serving on management committees across third sector organisations. Working with inequality and discrimination reduction teams across statutory services — including police forces and housing organisations. And over two decades within the NHS — across PALS, carer development, the carers team, systemic family therapy, diversity and equality, and as a Cultural Inclusion Ambassador working across the organisation on disciplinary and grievance proceedings.

Alongside this, Samuel has spent nearly a decade as a company director — carrying full commercial responsibility for every aspect of a business operation. That experience gives him an understanding of what it genuinely means to run an organisation — the pressures, the decisions, the compliance obligations, and the human complexity that sits behind every commercial challenge.
